FAQ

What couples usually ask me

Everything couples usually ask before starting their wedding website.

What is a wedding website?

It's where everything about your wedding lives: the schedule, the dress code, how to get there, where to stay, the gift registry and the RSVP. Guests open it on their phone without downloading anything, and you see every reply in a private dashboard.

How is it different from a template or a digital invitation?

I don't start from a template. Each site is designed and built by hand from your wedding's branding — your monogram, illustrations, palette and typography — and only has the sections you need. It's an editorial piece made for one wedding.

How long does it take to make our wedding website?

Once your wedding branding is ready, the site takes about three weeks. Before that, we agree on the copy, style, colours, typefaces and the details of your wedding: whether it's a destination wedding, whether there will be recommended hotels, transport, and everything your guests need to know.

Do we need to have our wedding branding or illustrations?

Ideally yes, because the site grows from it. If you don't have it yet, I can introduce you to Kristina Kowalski, the designer behind the branding of the weddings in this portfolio. If you already work with another designer, I build the site from their work.

How do guests RSVP?

They type their name, the site finds their invitation and they reply for each person in their party. Nobody sees the guest list except you, in your private dashboard, where you also see allergies, transport and notes.

Can we import our guest list from Excel?

Yes. Your list is imported from Excel into the dashboard, and you can export the replies to Excel at any time: who's coming, who's pending, allergies, transport and notes.

Can the invitations be sent by email?

Yes. From the dashboard you can send email invitations in your wedding's design with a link to your site, to the whole list or to a single guest.

Does it work for a destination wedding?

That's where it helps most: flights by country of origin, transfers, hotels with guest rates or discount codes, a guided map with every place and the couple's own recommendations. The stories in this portfolio include weddings in Madrid, Barcelona, Puerto Plata and Margarita Island.

Can the site be in Spanish and English?

Yes. For weddings with guests from several countries, the site can be bilingual, with a language switch on every page.

Can we have a domain with our names?

Yes. The site can live on its own domain, for example with your first names or surnames, so it's easy to remember and share.

Can we change details after it goes live?

Yes. It's normal for some details to be confirmed later. The site can mark what's still to be confirmed and is updated as the date gets closer.

Do you work with couples outside Venezuela?

Yes. I work with couples anywhere, and the whole process happens online: calls, reviews and delivery.

How much does a wedding website cost?

Each site is quoted on what you need: sections, languages, RSVP, email invitations. Tell me about your wedding or book a call and I'll prepare a proposal.
